The journey to Bloomington, Illinois for the Mentor & Student Exhibition was incredible. Meeting with people I haven’t seen in years took my breath away. Stan who I worked with part time. John Schulenburg (Schulenberg Consulting), a former jewelry student of mine, who sipped whiskey mixed with Pepsi while cutting metal (unbeknownst to me at the time other than my comments of, “it always smells like whiskey over here”).
